Coach Riggs is a lifetime resident of the district and a graduate of Valencia High School. He received his teaching credential from Cal State University, Fullerton. He is a certificate substitute teacher for the PYLUSD and primarily subs at YLHS. He has been the Varsity Coach for the Mustangs since the program began in 2009.
